CC Safety Oy is a growing and trusted partner in construction safety and site management. We are currently looking for an experienced Superintendent (Vastaava mestari) to join our team in Finland and take responsibility for demanding construction projects.
In this role, you will lead site operations and ensure that projects are carried out safely, efficiently and in accordance with regulations and quality standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for daily site operations
- Acting as the official Responsible Site Manager (Vastaava mestari)
- Managing contractors and subcontractors on site
- Ensuring compliance with Finnish construction laws, regulations and safety requirements
- Monitoring schedules, quality and project progress
- Coordinating with clients, designers and other stakeholders
- Promoting a strong safety culture across all activities
Requirements:
- Proven experience as Superintendent / Vastaava mestari
- Strong understanding of Finnish construction legislation and practices
- Experience in large-scale or technically demanding projects is an advantage
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and site activities
- Relevant education in construction or engineering
- Good English skills (Finnish is an advantage)
