At CC Safety Oy, safety is not just a requirement – it is a core part of how projects are delivered. We are currently strengthening our team in Finland and are looking for HSE professionals at different experience levels (HSE Officer, HSE Supervisor, and HSE Advisor).
The roles are suited for both early-career professionals and more experienced specialists who want to play a key role in developing and maintaining high safety standards on demanding construction sites.
Key responsibilities:
- Support and oversee daily HSE activities on construction sites
- Ensure compliance with Finnish safety regulations and company requirements
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and safety observations
- Participate in risk assessments and safety planning
- Monitor contractor safety performance
- Investigate incidents and near-misses, and implement corrective actions
- Provide guidance and support to site teams on safety matters
- Promote a proactive and positive safety culture
Requirements:
- Experience in HSE roles within construction or industrial environments (level depending on position)
- Understanding of Finnish safety regulations and practices
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic site environment
- For senior roles (Supervisor / Advisor): leadership and advisory capabilities
- Relevant HSE training or certifications
- Good English skills (Finnish is an advantage)
